What does it cost and why?
This is the one 'fund-raiser" that the Downtown Business Association (DBA) holds to raise money to pay for the bands (approximately $5000) that march in our Annual Christmas Parade the Sunday after Thanksgiving-November 29th this year. I'm sure you would agree that without the bands, the parade would not be the same.
We request a minimum of $25 donation to the DBA for your participation in the Family Fun Night. We would appreciate larger donations. All donations will go into the Parade Fund for the Christmas Parade to fund the bands. Donations may be sent to: DBA, c/o Artworks, 263 N. Main St., Mansfield, MA 02048
Do non-profit organizations have to pay? Yes, we ask that all participating groups contribute this small amount of $25 to help pay for the Christmas Parade. Last year we had 90 participants, a majority of them non-profits. When everyone contributes we will raise nearly half of the cost of the parade. See below for benefits of participating.

In addition to an opportunity to reach thousands of people in a small amount of time and supporting the Annual Christmas Parade, this year, newspaper and cable announcements about Family Fun Night will direct the community to this website to see listings of registered participants. Those that are registered and paid by June 27 will also get a free link to their website.
